Systemic Constellation Day: Exploring Attachment Styles

Anxious • Avoidant • Secure
Our attachment style shapes how we relate — to intimacy, boundaries, trust, conflict, and closeness. Often formed early in life, these patterns continue to influence our relationships long after the original context has passed.
This Systemic Constellation Day offers a gentle and embodied way to explore anxious, avoidant, and secure attachment patterns — not as labels, but as adaptive strategies that once made sense and may now be ready to evolve.
Through Open Floor movement and systemic constellation work, we bring awareness to relational dynamics that often remain unconscious. What becomes visible in the field can be felt, integrated, and gently shifted — allowing new choices to emerge.
This day offers space to:
-
Recognise your attachment patterns without judgement
-
Understand where these strategies come from within the wider system
-
Experience greater safety and connection in the body
-
Explore new relational possibilities through systemic insight
You may come with a personal relationship theme, a recurring pattern, or simple curiosity. Whether you place your own constellation or participate as a representative, the experience can be deeply meaningful.
