You have just discovered A Healing Map. This book club is an invitation to take your healing deeper— together.
Over five live online evenings, we will explore each of the Five Elements—Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal—and how they relate to your body, emotions, and life patterns. Before each meeting, you will read one chapter, and during our time together we will unpack the element, explore common symptoms, and—most importantly—focus on practical, embodied healing steps you can integrate into daily life.
This is an intimate, live group journey blending ancient wisdom with practical tools, reflection, and heartfelt guidance. It is especially suited for those who are curious about supporting their mental and physical health, or who may be experiencing emotional overwhelm, burnout, or chronic symptoms and feel ready for real, sustainable change.

Session Overview
Session 1 – Water Element: Cultivating Stillness and Wisdom
Deepen rest, restore your life force, and complete your healing cycle. We will explore exhaustion, anxiety, burnout, and lower back pain, and how to replenish your inner reserves. As we move out of winter, how can we best replenish our source energy?
Session 2 – Wood Element: Igniting Vision and Growth
Explore emotional patterns, physical signs, and stuck energy such as frustration. This session focuses on the liver, clarity, and direction. Together, we will set simple, achievable liver-support and detox goals to carry into daily life. Given the importance of the health of the liver, we’ll discuss realistic steps you can take in day to day life to detox your liver for the upcoming spring and support one another in actually taking them!
Session 3 – Fire Element: Cultivating Joy and Connection
Reconnect with your heart, release old emotional patterns, and reawaken passion and joy. We explore how to nourish the heart and keep its flame alive in everyday life.
Session 4 – Earth Element: Grounding and Nourishment (Core Focus)
Restore balance in digestion, energy, and emotions. This element is about nourishment and the balance between giving and receiving. You will discover simple ways to care for yourself more deeply and consistently.
Session 5 – Metal Element: Clarity, Boundaries, and Renewal
Learn how to let go of what no longer serves you, strengthen your boundaries, and renew your energy. This session focuses on release, decluttering, and making space for what is next. What can you let go of to fly into this new year?
