Discover The Healing Map: A Holistic Journey to Deep Transformation
Whether you are seeking deeper emotional and physical wellbeing for yourself, or you are a coach or therapist ready to take your healing work to a deeper, more embodied level, this journey is for you.
This training is rooted in a holistic healing method that does not simply add tools, but transforms the way you understand health, healing and human transformation. For more than twenty years, I have been working at the intersection of Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern somatic and systemic coaching.
Drawing on ancient wisdom, systemic work and intuitive inquiry, this work integrates body, mind and spirit as a living whole, supporting real and lasting transformation.
Drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique, systemic work, somatic awareness, and intuitive inquiry, this approach integrates body, mind, and spirit as one living, intelligent whole. Healing does not happen in parts. Our emotional, physical, mental, and energetic lives are not separate systems—they are deeply interconnected expressions of the same process.
This path is for anyone who wants to care for their wellbeing in a deeper, more embodied way. It is also for experienced coaches and therapists who sense that something essential is missing from purely cognitive or talk-based models.
There is a map that shows you how to connect your emotional, physical, mental, and energetic health into a unified whole. This work is rooted in that understanding.
If your practice is already established, yet feels incomplete, you may recognise recurring patterns that are difficult to resolve, or a sense that your intuitive work would benefit from clearer structure. This method deepens your work without requiring you to start again or accumulate more techniques. It refines how you read patterns, strengthens clinical confidence, and supports ethical, sustainable practice—especially when working with complex or long-standing issues.
For experienced coaches and therapists, this work is particularly relevant when your practice is already established, yet something feels incomplete. You may be working intuitively and effectively, but noticing recurring patterns you cannot fully resolve, or sensing that your sessions would benefit from a clearer underlying structure. This method offers a way to deepen your work without starting again or adding more techniques. It refines how you read patterns, strengthens clinical confidence, and supports you in working with greater precision, sustainability and ethical clarity, especially when clients present with complex or long-standing issues.
At the foundation of this work is a clear understanding of why symptoms arise, how emotional and physical patterns are connected, and how meaningful change can be supported without guesswork or overwhelm. These insights are outlined in my book A Healing Map, which offers a structured way to navigate the relationship between emotional themes, physical symptoms, and life stages. This framework has informed my client work for many years and is now being formalised and shared as a method.
This approach does not replace intuition. It deepens and refines it—allowing practitioners to work with greater precision, clarity, and confidence.
I am now training practitioners who want to expand their capacity, deepen their work, and guide others through real transformation with integrity. This is not a personal approach centred on one individual, nor a collection of techniques. It is a method that can be learned, embodied, and carried forward.
If you are ready to work at greater depth, and to develop your practice beyond insight alone, you may be ready for this training.
