- Session and coaching notes: retained for up to 2 years after the last session, or as required by Belgian professional standards
- Financial records: retained for 7 years in accordance with Belgian tax law
- Newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe
- Website analytics: retained per the provider’s standard retention period
