This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Irene Nolte, including one-on-one sessions, mentorship programmes, workshops, online events and digital products. Please read this policy carefully before booking.
One-on-One Sessions
This applies to all individual sessions including holistic coaching, EFT, Shiatsu, Systemic Constellations and mentorship sessions.
- Full payment is due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: a full refund will be issued, or the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: no refund will be issued. The session fee is forfeited in full.
- No-shows, meaning failure to attend without prior notice: no refund will be issued.
- In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or emergency, please contact us at info@irenenolte.com as soon as possible. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of Irene Nolte.
Note: For multi-session programmes, such as the 5-week EFT Mentorship or the Deep Sleep Mentorship, the above policy applies to each individual session within the programme.
Digital Products (Books, Downloads, Video Trainings)
Due to the nature of digital content, the following applies:
- Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund can be issued.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
Note: Under EU consumer law, by purchasing a digital product and confirming that you wish to have immediate access, you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once the content has been made available to you. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Workshops and Online Events
The following refund model applies to workshop refunds:
Tiered Refund Based on Notice Period
- Cancellation 21 or more days before the workshop: 100% refund.
- Cancellation 8 to 20 days before the workshop: 50% refund.
- Cancellation 7 or fewer days before the workshop: no refund.
- Transfers to a future edition of the same workshop are permitted up to 14 days before the start date, subject to availability.
Healing Map Academy
The Healing Map Academy is a six-month professional certification programme. A separate payment and refund schedule applies, which will be provided in your enrolment agreement at the time of registration.
- A cooling-off period of 14 days applies from the date of enrolment, during which a full refund may be requested, in accordance with EU consumer rights law.
- After 14 days, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for the portion of the programme not yet delivered, minus an administration fee.
- If you have accessed or downloaded course materials, a partial deduction may apply to reflect the content already provided.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract, such as an online purchase, within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:
- Digital content that has been made available with your prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is waived upon access.
- Services that have been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with your prior consent.
UK Consumer Rights
Users who are consumers in the United Kingdom have a legal right of cancellation under UK law and may be eligible to withdraw from online contracts within 14 days. Exceptions apply in the same way as EU law for digital content and fully performed services.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, booking reference or payment confirmation, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
