10th January marked the beginning of my new Holistic Healing Course, and it could not have started more beautifully.
We gathered in a cosy centre right next to a snow-covered forest in Brussels—a setting that immediately invited calm presence and connection. It felt like the perfect container for the work we are about to do together.
During this first day, I laid out the foundations of the Five Elements and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
From there, we plunged into the Earth Element, focusing on its themes of care, nourishment, and stability.
Our exploration centred specifically on the relationship between stable blood sugar, diet, and hormonal health—and how deeply these are intertwined with our sense of safety, energy, and emotional balance, information I share in my book A Healing Map.
It was a truly beautiful day, and a reminder of why teaching this work is my greatest passion. Supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, understanding their patterns, and cultivating lasting health feels both grounding and profoundly meaningful. I am grateful for this beginning and very much looking forward to the journey ahead.
